    Horrible service! I went into the store and there was one person in front of me and almost 10 people working!! I wanted string bean chicken but was told I had to wait for 6min. I waited almost 15 minutes before the cook realized that he needed to cook. There goes another 5 minutes, then it took the cashier another 5 minutes to pack my food . The amount of food also has gone down.. used to love the place so much but will not return.

    Food and the portion sizes have both gone down dramatically in the past two months. I used to really like this place now it’s gotten pretty awful. I ask for no receipt and the girl said “she was required to give it” like there isn’t a trash can two feet away. Besides every other time I have come through they have had no problem throwing it away. She was also very rude and didn’t get my order correct and also forgot my water. The food doesn’t taste as good anymore either. I can see why this place has a 3.7 stars when there are employees like her. I definitely won’t be eating here again.

    My family has been a customer of Panda Express since they opened. We have never dined in but only go through the drive thru, as we are always a busy family. It fathoms me how this company is still going strong! Every time and i do mean every time i go there and sent over to the side of the building to have to wait at the very least 20-45 minutes. Why do i go there you ask, my kids love their food. There food alone is good. The drive through window staff need a lot of serious customer training. Please get more cooks so that you do not run out of food. Definitely will be looking for another restaurant !!!

    The food is always good here but more importantly the staff is always friendly and they make sure you have a good experience.
